Warranty

The CD-ROM and user manuals comes with six months warranty. They will be replaced free of charge if faulty in any way.

Support

For all the above products, we include 12-month support that applies to one project at one location and up to six seats. If you are ordering for a large project, or for a multi-site project, please ask for a special quotation. We can, for example, offer three years support at a substantial discount.

Export clearance

All of our products are licensed for a named end user for a specific purpose. All of our products require export clearance. In some cases we also require an export license. There will be an additional charge for obtaining the license.

Shipping

We ship using UPS Express. There may be an additional charge for using another carrier.

Payment

Our base price is for payment by telegraphic transfer. There is an additional charge for payment by Letter of Credit, Bill of Exchange etc.

Time to Ship

Subject to export clearance, commercial off the shelf products are shipped from the UK within one week of order. Orders may be delayed where an export license is required, or where special payment terms are a required.

Change of Price

We aim to keep prices fixed. However, variations in exchange rates and other factors beyond our control mean that prices are subject to change without notice.

Custom Compilation Systems

Compilation systems for any supported language can be built to order. Please ask for a quotation.
