Export License

Each product shipped requires an export license or other export clearance. This is given for a specific end user for a specific purpose.

Tool License

All our software development tools are supplied under the GPL. This is the standard free software license. We use the GPL because it permits us to offer high-quality software products at an affordable price.

Run-Time System License

Our run-time software is supplied under a copyright notice that permits you to incorporate the source code into your application, and modify the code and redistribute as necessary. There are no run-time royalties.

Warranty

For most products, we offer include a six-month warranty that applies to one project at one location and up to six seats. If you are ordering for a large project, or for a multi-site project, please ask for a special quotation.
