May 17, 1999 -- Farnborough, UK. Based on the HOLD V Ada compiler, developed for safety-critical applications, and supporting the ERC32 target computer, ERC32 Ada is an ideal compilation system for mission-critical space applications.

This beta test release allows interested parties to checkout the compiler, run-time system and documentation before the feature set is fixed for Version 1.0.

In addition to a minimal run-time system, ERC32 Ada supports a number of implementation-defined Ada packages that support necessary operations with interrupts and timing.
