The predefined input-output packages Text_IO, Wide_Text_IO, Direct_IO, Sequential_IO and Storage_IO may not be used because of the restriction No_IO.
There is an implementation-defined package XGC.Text_IO, which provides a subset of the features of the predefined Text_IO, suitable for outputting characters and numbers to the console.
