Support
Each product is supplied with a period of warranty during which we offer
full-service support. Further support can be purchased at any time, and covers a
period of 12 months. Support includes the following:
 | Assistance with installation via telephone/fax/email |
 | Help and advice on relevant programming matters |
 | Help with using the toolset |
 | A problem reporting and resolution service (telephone, fax,
e-mail and web site) |
 | Free of charge updates (maximum 2 updates a year) |
Problem reports are dealt with using our problem tracking database.
